These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through recycledisplays.com and all quotes issued by Recycle Display. By placing an order, approving a proof or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of your business.
Overview & Acceptance
Recycle Display manufactures custom printed backdrops, media walls, SEG light boxes, table covers and trade show displays for businesses, resellers and event professionals. These terms apply to every order, whether placed online, by email or through a sales representative.
- Orders are intended for business (B2B) customers.
- We may update these terms; the version live at order time applies.
- Written agreements signed by both parties take priority.
- Placing an order confirms you are authorised to act for your company.
Quotes & Orders
Quotes are based on the size, material, quantity and finishing you specify, and stay valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed only after we receive payment and your approved artwork.
- Prices change if specifications change after quoting.
- Bulk and distributor pricing is offered on request.
- Sample orders are welcome with no minimum quantity.
- Blind-drop and white-label shipping can be added to any order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude import duties, local taxes and customs fees in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Artwork & Proof Approval
Our design team provides free artwork setup and a digital proof (and 3D mockup where available). You are responsible for checking spelling, sizes, colours and content before approving.
- Approved proofs are final — errors in approved artwork are not covered by reprints.
- Screen colours may vary slightly from printed fabric; Pantone matching is available on request.
- Low-resolution files may affect print quality; we will flag issues before printing.

Production & Turnaround
Production starts after proof approval and payment (or deposit for bulk orders). Turnaround depends on product type, quantity and finishing; the estimated dispatch date is shown on your quote and order confirmation.
- Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
- Production times exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Late artwork approval or changes extend the dispatch date.
- We inform you promptly if any delay is expected.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide by express courier, air freight or sea freight. Shipping cost and estimated transit time are confirmed before dispatch.
- Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer.
- Blind-drop shipping sends orders to your customer without our branding.
- Please check the delivery address carefully; re-delivery costs are charged to the buyer.

Returns, Reprints & Claims
Every item is custom printed to your specification, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the product is faulty.
- Report damage, defects or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- Verified production defects are reprinted or refunded at our option.
- Errors in customer-approved artwork are not covered.

Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and artwork you send us. You remain the owner of your artwork.
- We never use your artwork for any other customer.
- We show finished products in our gallery only with your permission.
- We may refuse to print content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, missed events or business interruption.
- Products must be used and installed as instructed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Recycle Display is registered. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts of that country.
